Yes. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit

will be applied toward your total party balance on the day of the event.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, your reservation can be changed at any time.

While the deposit is non-refundable, it may be applied to a new party reservation within

one (1) year of the original party date.

When booking a birthday party, you may have up to two no-shows as long as the

minimum number of kids required for the party package is still met. Minimum

guest counts vary by location and are listed on the reservation page before booking.

If your guest count changes, please update your reservation before the day of the

party to avoid additional charges.

Any guest reductions made on the day of the party may still be charged the per-

child party rate. We also cannot guarantee that additional guests can be

added on the day of the event due to space and staffing limitations.

To avoid issues, we recommend reserving for the maximum number of guests

you plan to invite. You can reduce your guest count up to 24 hours before

your party without penalty.

Birthday party reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. We also accept

bookings as late as 24 hours before the party, depending on availability.

Tilted Cone Arcade parties cover all the essentials and then some.

The following is included for both party packages up to 10. If you want to

add more kids the price is $14.99

 Two (2) Hours of game play. Each child gets a play card on a coil bracelet to

keep the kids from losing their cards.

You can bring outside food or for an additional cost pizza or hot dogs and chips

available for your party if you choose.
